All products sold by My Tiny Memories are personalized and custom-made to order.
Production Time Because each item is individually customized, production time varies by product and vendor. Estimated production and delivery times are displayed at checkout for each item.
Shipping Time Shipping times vary depending on the product, shipping method selected, and destination. Standard shipping typically ranges from 5–10 business days after production is complete. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for select products.
Total Delivery Time Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Please plan accordingly, especially for time-sensitive gifts.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Thresholds vary by product — see checkout for the applicable free shipping threshold for your item.
Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
International Orders We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Please Note Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally experience delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal order volumes.
Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. My Tiny Memories is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@mytinymemories.com and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays During holidays and high-volume shopping periods, production and shipping times may be extended beyond normal estimates due to increased demand and carrier delays.
