Return & Refund Policy

At My Tiny Memories, each product is personalized and made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for personalized items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review each situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Personalization Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded photos, names, dates, addresses, and customization details before submitting an order.

My Tiny Memories is not responsible for:

  • Customer-submitted spelling errors
  • Incorrect personalization details entered at checkout
  • Low-resolution or low-quality images uploaded by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Personalized photo gifts
  • Customized keepsakes
  • Made-to-order products
  • Sale and clearance items

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within a limited period after purchase and before production begins. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Approved exceptions reviewed by our support team

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever applicable.
