Return & Refund Policy

Because all products sold by My Tiny Memories are personalized and custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.

Personalization Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all uploaded photos, names, dates, and customization details before placing an order. My Tiny Memories is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect uploads, or low-quality images provided during customization.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized photo gifts
  • Personalized keepsakes
  • Custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase before production begins.

Refund Eligibility
Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed back to the original payment method whenever applicable. Refunds are issued once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our support team.
